I had gotten a cold sore on my bottom lip this last Sunday, and i had gotten rid of it by monday night. All i did was poke it with a sterilized needle to get the stuff out by squeezing it. Then i soaked a q-tip in mouth wash and kept gently rubbing it on the cold sore area about 6 times a day. By monday night it was gone. It may burnt a tiny bit but it is worth it.
