The components of carom seeds- thymol oil, p-cymene, Beta-pinene, alpha-pinene, limonene, camphene, and carvacrol, all work together to give you relief from your upset stomach.
Ways to have carom seeds for loose motions
- Chew a few seeds of ajwain to digest your food properly and stop bowel movements.
- Make a tea by steeping a tsp of carom seeds in a cup of hot water for about five minutes,
- Make an infusion by simmering 1-2 tbsp carom seeds in 2-3 glasses of water for about half an hour. Strain and have it in 3-4 batches by adding water to this.
- Take 1 tsp of carom seeds and a pinch of rock salt. Swallow it with some lukewarm water.
- Combine 2-3 tsp of carom seeds, ½ tsp of black salt, and ¼ tsp of asafoetida. Store this dry mixture in a bottle. Have ¼ tsp of this mixture with warm water twice daily. This will help you fight off indigestion if this is a regular thing for you.
